This is a very sophisticated spreadsheet tool. It is designed to provide a contractor with an at a glance picture of how well each of its subcontractors is performing, using a Risk Management approach. The tool is used to capture performance information which enables a risk judgement to be made for 7 key performance areas. The risk judgements are Very Low, Low, Medium, High and Very High. The tool is built so that it can be used to measure a very wide range of indicators or a small range, depending upon your requirements. No programming is required to adjust how you use the tool. You simply choose if you wish to measure some things and not others. The formulae which do all the calculations take account of what you are not measuring.
